Structural Cleanroom Grid System
Our Cleanroom Grid is the robust "skeleton" of the cleanroom environment. Unlike standard T-bar ceilings, this is a fully welded, structural framework engineered to support the weight of maintenance personnel walking above the ceiling. It integrates the critical barrier seal, lighting, and fire protection into a single, seamless extrusion, eliminating the need for separate penetrations and ensuring a zero-bypass seal for HEPA/ULPA filters.

- Zero-Bypass Seal - Features a continuous, factory-welded channel (Gel or Gasket) that perfectly mates with filter knife-edges, guaranteeing an air-tight barrier against contaminants.
- Modular Installation - Ships in large, pre-fabricated modules (up to 8’ x 20’) to drastically reduce field installation time and labor costs compared to stick-built grids.
- Hygienic Design - Smooth aluminum or stainless steel extrusions with ¼ turn filter clips eliminate particle-generating screws and difficult-to-clean crevices.
